Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use vendsage.com and when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vendsage, and "you" means the person using the site or placing the order.
You can reach us at info@vendsage.com.

Who can buy

• This shop sells to customers in the United States only. We ship only to US addresses, and checkout accepts only a US state and a valid ZIP code.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Our products are for personal use. We may decline orders that appear to be for resale.

Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to break these terms.

Orders

1. When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown.
2. After you place it, you will see an order page with your order number (it looks like VS-2026-000123). Keep it: you need it, with your email address, to track your order.
3. Our contract with you is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we ship it or confirm that it is on its way.
4. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly displayed in error, we cannot verify the payment, or we cannot deliver to the address. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you paid in full.

Prices and sales tax

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Product prices include no sales tax. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the total you pay. We do not currently add sales tax to orders.
• Depending on your state, you may owe use tax on purchases on which sales tax was not collected. You are responsible for any such tax.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed.
• If an item's price was clearly wrong (for example, an obvious typing error), we may cancel the order and refund you rather than sell at that price.

Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, currently card.

• Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Card payments are taken when you place your order. If one is not completed within 24 hours, the order is canceled automatically.
• Because payments to us may be processed outside the United States, some banks treat them as international transactions and may add a fee. Check with your bank if you are unsure.

Discount codes and store credit

• Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them (for example an expiry date or a minimum spend), apply to one order each, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Store credit is held in your account, can be used toward future orders on this site and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping

Where we ship from, how long it takes and what it costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates. Risk in the items passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Canceling an order

There is no cancel button on the site. If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Many orders are passed to our fulfillment partners for packing very soon after payment, so we cannot always stop an order. If we can, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, we cannot take it back for a change of mind; if it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

Returns and refunds

Our fulfillment partners take back only faulty, damaged or wrong items, and so do we: if an item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how it works. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of your state.

Product information

We try to describe and picture every product accurately. Many descriptions and photos are provided by our fulfillment partners. Colors may look different on different screens, and sizes and measurements are approximate. If an item you receive is not as described, you can return it under our returns policy.

Reviews and content you send us

If you write a product review, you must have bought and received the item, and what you write must be honest and your own. Reviews are checked before they appear. By submitting a review, you let us publish it on the site, showing your first name and the initial of your last name.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: for example, do not try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text and images belong to us or to others who license them to us and may not be copied for commercial use.

Our responsibility to you

• We are responsible for providing the products you order as described and with reasonable care and skill.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that the law of your state gives you and that cannot be excluded or limited, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited, such as fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Subject to that, to the extent the law allows: we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as carrier disruption, severe weather or a fulfillment partner's failure); and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Some states do not allow some of these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

Nothing in these terms removes any protection the law of the state where you live gives you that cannot be waived by agreement. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. Nothing in these terms stops you from bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction where you live, where the law allows it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
