We want everyone to be able to shop with Vendsage, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet had the site independently audited, and we know some parts may not fully meet that standard yet.

What we have done

• Pages are built with standard HTML headings, lists, labels and buttons, so assistive technology can read them.
• Icons and controls that have no visible text carry a text label for screen readers.
• Product image galleries can be moved through with the left and right arrow keys.
• You can choose Day (light) or Night (dark) colors at the bottom of every page.
• Animations are reduced if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

• Product descriptions and photos often are provided by our fulfillment partners, and some product photos may not have a full text description.
• Some product videos are provided by our fulfillment partners and may not have captions.
