• Your order number (it starts with VS-, for example VS-2026-000123).
• What you would like us to do: a refund, a replacement, store credit, or just an answer.
• Photos, if an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

Before you write

• Where is my order? Use our order tracking page with your order number and the email address you ordered with.
• Returning something? If you have an account, you can start a return yourself under Your account > Returns. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
• Shipping times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.
• Forgotten your password? Email us from the address you registered with and we will help you reset it.

Returns

We accept returns of faulty, damaged or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery (not returns for a change of mind). Please do not send items back without contacting us first: a photo of the problem often settles it, and if we need the item back we will tell you where to send it.
